Pip joined the Practice as a half time partner in 1996. She is married with 2 school-age children, in her spare time she is an excellent flautist (Grade 8 Distinction), enjoys dog walking and is an enthusiastic but inexperienced DIYer ! Pip has special  responsibility for staff matters.
