Joining the Practice

In order to join our practice you need to complete a registration form; this can only be done by completing a form from the surgery. You do not need to present your NHS medical card though this does contain some helpful information.

Our practice area is roughly bounded by a line to the East of Warblington and Denvilles, the B2178, a line to the East of Aldsworth, Woodmancote and Southbourne and the Chichester Harbour (see map)

We cannot accept patients from outside of our practice area, if you are unsure please phone the surgery and we will be happy to advise you.
