Repeat Prescriptions

There are three ways to obtain your repeat prescription:-

On-line now. Click Here.  

or...

Bring it to the surgery and pop it into the box on the reception counter.

or…

Post it with a stamped addressed envelope.

If you do not have your repeat prescription request slip to hand please list medications clearly by name.

Your prescriptions will take 2 working days from receipt to process please allow longer if possible..  

We do not take requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone as this can result in errors.

All repeat prescriptions are regularly reviewed so after a period of time the doctor may ask to see you.
