The Reception staff are on the frontline of our surgery, and work hard to deal with your day to day requests.

The receptionists from time to time may ask you about the nature of your problem, this is necessary to help us provide you with the most efficient service as possible. If you wish to have this discussion in private this can be arranged, please just let us know.
If you have any general queries please ask at reception they will be happy to help.
In addition there is someone responsible for issuing repeat prescriptions who you can speak to with any queries and she is available Monday to Friday 8.30am to 1.30pm. Please note we do not accept requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone.
