Bank Medical Receptionist required for both the Emsworth surgery and the Westbourne branch surgery to cover for sickness and holiday relief.

For this busy and varied role it is important that applicants are flexible, able to work under pressure and as part of a team.   

Applicants must be competent in IT.   Previous medical receptionist experience preferred but not essential.

Nurse Practitioner required for friendly, high achieving, 7 Partner Training Practice.  The post is to work alongside our existing Nurse Practitioner and Duty Team,  27 – 37.5 hours per week, negotiable.

Applicants will need to be an experienced Nurse Practitioner and independent prescriber who will work autonomously to triage, diagnose and treat patients presenting with minor illness and advise patients in respect of their continuing medical and nursing needs, this will include telephone triage.

The post holder will also undertake acute home visits for assessment and treatment of patients as part of the Practice duty team in addition to frailty and pro-active home visits.  The post holder will work collaboratively with the Practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of Practice policy and procedures.

For this varied role the successful applicant will be involved in how the service is delivered along with support from the Practice in continuing education and in house training, competitive rates of pay and will be part of a friendly, cohesive multidisciplinary team.
